for the pasts week , during book out have been doing the same things la. the book out earlier , i went to have a bicycle trip down to changi man !!! damn it been damn long since i got back onto a bicycle.. seriously i think i love bicycle the most among the vehicle.. have a small knock on the ground and nothing happen .. quite fortunately ah the total journey took about 9 hrs man . it was morning when i reach home... great workout ah !!!! and ya the ippt was cancel man.. damn it was on the way to my silver... then went to chiong movie again !!! forbidden kingdom !!!not tat bad and then the next thing was to book in !!!

for this weeks. hmm was appointed the IC for the whole week ... lol actually i slack a lot la coz there another guy doing the job do ,i only assisting but then also sian... hais !! guess wad !!! i was jus onli 7 second to my gold!!! hmm chin up manage to do to 10 but was fuck up !!! hmm who cared !! then this book out !!! went to have dinner wif en jie ah .. surprise she call me man !! then after that went to play mahjong the 1st thing book out !!! LOL~~~ gambler!!! hmm then jus rot a around... then after that went for the whole afternoon of basketball man !!! shoik shoik !! so long nv play until so shoik le ... hmm then at night went for movie again "Doom DAy" hmm i think i nid to go finish up my ccna 2 module test man !! lazy to read la jus cut and paste liao fuck it !!! lol booking in later again !!! nvm the coming week will pass fast wif an exercise on monday and tues and wed night book out and fri then come back fast fast 1 !!! 6 more week to 3rd SGT
