yozzz man i bac huh hah think i bac to my oringial me liao la, not that idoit man. think maybe my fever burn spolit my head so i nv think 2 much la. wah happy wif myself now. haha finally tis week i done aomething in sch man . haha . then got vb training la, initially was not going but hc persuade me go , hmm go la , sweat liao then fever also will gone la since go home also nth better to do la . then vb training wah, heng i go man . learn quite a lot of thing today. haha then my skill is bac la , my setting , receiving , spiking all bac la, think don give myself 2 much stress can liao la like what da vin say . then learn the formation and tatics when we defend haha. we all siao liao la, make mistake mus do 5 push up then we can still laugh la,haha. think all oof us kanna at least got 50 push up le. hehe then i find out another weakness about me , i think i use setting 2 much liao la ,haha . but then i quite satisifed wif mydelf , hope that i am remain like this ah . *pray * don go away ah my ball sense .

then after training call alex help me with rj la, help alex kor haha . heng he help me or i think i will nv do 1 le , the rj qns is like a literature qns le , think not revelant to sci le haha . then went home after that la now my wraist veri tired and my body is aching think going to sleep soon bah ,haha.
