durng the second match ,i keep missing the first ball, n i give up in recevng it. but my frene tell me smth that inspire me, he say if u nv receive ball , how to win . then if u nv receive well , nvm coz there will be other teammate hu will try to cover the mstake 4 u. if u give up then there is not chance . then he also notice i not not focusing .

he also say don be so unhappy , if u think 2 much it will not play well as u nv focus wholeheartly u will nv play well. he give me a motto , if u r happy u can play well. put also everytime n u r the best . ya perhap i think 2 much . maybe i should be more confident abt myself .then went home bath cum out , feel a pan in my ankle wah , think i sprain it la, lousy me la . hope it is a minor 1 .
